This version applies to the ReWake: AI Alarm Clock application distributed via Google Play (worldwide, excluding Russia; package: com.aialarm.world).
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") applies to all information that the developer of the "ReWake: AI Alarm Clock" mobile application, Stepanov Vladimir Mikhailovich (hereinafter — the "Developer"), may obtain about the User while using the application.
1.2. The User provides consent to the processing of personal data by explicitly confirming acceptance of this Policy during registration in the application. Use of the application requires prior consent. If the User does not agree with this Policy, they must refrain from registering and using the application.
2.1. The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13 years of age.

4.3. Fraud prevention: retaining the Device ID is used to prevent multiple registrations aimed at abusing generation limits.
5.1. Artificial Intelligence Providers: Text queries (prompts), including context and the User's name, are transmitted to DeepSeek (for text generation) and MiniMax (for speech synthesis). The Developer does not share User email addresses with these services.
5.2. Google Sign-In: Authorization via Google is handled by Google LLC services. The Developer receives only the email address from Google.
5.3. Google Play: Distribution through Google Play is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy. The Developer does not control data collected by Google Play itself.
5.4. The Developer does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
6.1. The application server is located in the EU (api.ai-tchr.com). User data may be processed outside your country of residence.
6.2. AI providers DeepSeek and MiniMax are located outside the EU/EEA (China) and process data according to their own privacy policies. For EEA Users, such transfers are based on your explicit consent given during registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account; however, withdrawal will prevent AI personalization features from functioning.

9.1. Generated texts, audio files, and user settings are stored on the Developer's servers until a deletion request is made.
9.2. Audio files are automatically deleted after 2 days; text content may be retained longer for generation history purposes.
9.3. The User can completely delete their account at any time via the application settings ("Danger Zone").
9.4. Upon account deletion, all personal data and generated content are permanently deleted.
9.5. Exception: To protect the service from abuse, the Developer reserves the right to retain the device identifier (Device ID) in an anonymized/hashed format even after account deletion.
